Bringing Sewing to the Modern Culture

I've been sewing almost all of my life, but it was in 2013 that I started thinking about trying to my skills out on a professional level. My husband and I were married in Nov 2012, and I sewed 80 chair ties and 25 table covers for our ceremony and reception. They were a hit. After receiving so many compliments, I decided I should start with scarves (which are my absolute favorite accessory) and build from there. I saved up money for a new sewing machine, and now here I am! I'm thankful and very excited about my future in this business!
